Stephanie is the owner of Tribe/Fusion Fitness. Stephanie grew up in Snoqualmie, Washington and was an athlete through college. She is drawn to the fitness industry out of her passion for adventure, helping others, and community. Multiple years of physical activity through training, classes, and education has shaped her ideas about “true fitness” and what creates the best atmosphere for guidance along this journey. Stephanie has a passion to help push members of all age and fitness levels to a place of better health and mobility. She holds her certified personal training, fitness nutrition, youth exercise specialist, and mental toughness certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as her barre certification through the International Ballet Barre Fitness Association.

Heather has a passion to help others find enjoyment in making active, healthy living, normal. For the last ten years, she’s enjoyed teaching a variety of group exercise classes from strength training and HIIT to aqua and indoor cycling. After having three daughters, Heather found herself specializing in pre- and post natal corrective exercise and works 1:1 with clients to improve their core function during and after pregnancy. She is also a certified health coach and helps individuals develop systems that promote healthy habits and weight management. While Heather’s home state is Michigan, living a few years in Okinawa, Japan revealed her passion for warm weather, beaches and what she calls a flip flop lifestyle.

She is driven to help you meet your fitness goals through healthy lifestyle changes and has experience working with a wide range of ages, physical capabilities, and challenges. An Oklahoma native, she was born in Enid and grew up in Garber OK and is a proud mother of three. Misty has helped over 100 clients achieve their goals in 3 states since 2013, and has been with Fusion Fitness since January 2019.

Born and raised right here in Altus, OK. Bryan is a proud husband and father of two wonderful children. Teaching others how to reach goals and live longer through a healthy lifestyle has been a passion of his well before he decided to pick up a dumbbell. Bryan worked at Steel Fitness in Norman, Oklahoma for 4 years doing personal training, cycling, TRX and boxing classes before moving back to Altus in 2014. He became a Physical Education teacher at Altus Christian Academy for two years while continuing as a personal trainer and class instructor. Bryan’s philosophy is that clean eating, great sleep, and an active lifestyle are the beginning steps to weight loss and living longer and stronger.

Andrea is co-owner of BeliRaq along with her husband, Eric de Gruchy. She has a love and passion for dance, which began at 4 years old. Accumulating many forms of dance, her attention became focused on belly dance. Performing, instructing and choreographing at age 19, she decided to incorporate another passion of hers, fitness. Thus, BeliRaq was created. Andrea enjoys helping women feel confident and healthy. She achieves these goals with classes, workshops, boot camps, and private lessons. Jentry offers 1-on-1 in person sessions or an online interactive app based training experience you can access from any device. Jentry is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer and Transformation Specialist with an additional certification in Sports Nutrition. Jentry utilizes a unique science-based approach to optimize fat loss and muscle growth while maintaining a great level freedom in your daily diet. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, or simply becoming a more active person, Jentry will guide you in each of these areas to accomplish your goals. Jentry’s approach can be tailored to everyone from beginners, to experienced athletes interested in taking their strength and physique to the next level.

Will Solomon is a Personal/Fitness trainer currently based in Altus, OK. He primarily specializes in Resistance training and HIIT workouts using a crawl, walk, run approach. Will enjoys keeping a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere for all his clients while still pushing them beyond their thresholds in a safe and productive way. Outside the gym, he is a Military Working Dog handler by trade, writer and avid fitness enthusiast.

These individuals include but not limited to, military members, youth, the elderly and collegiate athletes. Chad played a pivotal role in assisting military personnel become fit for duty, he has helped individuals reach their personal fitness goals, and he has worked with a wide range of athletes to prepare them for his/her specific sport. Working with a wide range of individuals Chad has learned that strength training is important every for all individuals no matter his/her fitness goal. Chad believes that as long as a person has a simple yet effective personalized training program, anyone can reach his/her fitness goal.
